Today, Lee High School (Jacksonville) class of 2021 wing Alex Fudge unofficially visits.
Fudge was offered by USF on Saturday, the first day men's basketball coaches could contact members of the 2021 class, he also holds offers from Louisiana, North Florida and Stetson.
He is a long, lean wing who seems to improve each time I've seen him play. Fudge has near elite athleticism, perimeter skills including the ability to make shots, and a good handle. At 6-foot-5 and maybe 160 pounds, Fudge does need to get stronger.
He's as good in the classroom as he is on the court. Fudge is in the early college program at Lee HS and will graduate with an AA degree.
On Wednesday Westside (Ga.) High School shooting guard Kowacie Reeves Jr. will unofficially visit USF.
We were first to report Reeves' USF visit a week ago today. The four-star prospect is currently ranked No. 65 in the 2021 class.
A long, lean, sharp shooting wing, Reeves has a good feel for the game and looks like he will continue to grow. Reeves' handle is good enough that he can be a secondary ball handler.
RunningTheBulls.com will follow up with both prospects, or one of their parents, for their thoughts on their visit.
