USF appears to have dropped or is seriously slow playing RB commit Duran Bell. He has no official lined up and says he has not heard from USF in some time. He is playing to OV to UMass who is the lone school showing serious interest. Daewood Davis also says USF is slow playing him and he is visiting Oregon the last weekend and has SATs this weekend so he may not visit USF officially unless something changes.
