Visiting USF on the 20th of this month. Looks to be between USF and FSU. I really like the Bulls chances here, in fact it will be shocking if he doesn't commit to USF. He was a lock when CAAR was recruiting him and I think he is still very likely to become a Bull. Philon has been having a great spring on the travel circuit. He is poised to become the Bulls highest rated signed commitment ever. At 6-8/6-9 Philon can play anywhere from SG to PF. Plays hard and plays to win.

Also I haven't commented on all the signings that has happened over the last 2 months because of a very busy schedule, but I have been pleased overall with most of the guys CBH has brought in. I'm not as thrilled with having an overly heavy guard laden team because I know we need more height, but with a watered down AAC from 2 seasons ago, it will not matter. Seems like Coach is banking on Green coming back not only healthy but very productive too.
I am seeing a slight shift with the 2026 class to more height and Philon certainly fits that category. I believe we will see the true and accurate recruiting of CBH and his staff now that they have more prep time to analyse what they want and can get. Highly rated HS talent is not nearly as impossible anymore for mid majors with the P4 schools pouring most of their resources into portal guys.
