Heard from a source that USF may be a participant in the four team 2020 Fort Myers Tip-Off. The event is currently in its second year and has a title sponsor of: Rocket Mortgage by Quicken Loans.
Games are played at Suncoast Credit Union Arena in Fort Myers, Fla. which is the home court of the Florida SouthWestern State College Buccaneers. The arena has a capacity of 3,500, is a great place to watch a basketball game but I think it only has one concession stand.
Boston College won the inaugural Fort Myers Tip-Off and next week Pitt, Kansas State, Bradley and Northwestern will compete for the title.
