Question for Russ

Russ, assuming you have watched a few basketball practices.....what is your take on how things are run here? Do you see some good teaching? Do you see some good X's and O's? Does Coach Strickland get more involved in practice? Because he seems too low key during games to me. I think you would be a good guy to give us fans some perspective on the state of our program. Everyone here respects your takes.
