Hey all I've been extremely distracted the last few weeks and I just wanted to give everyone a little update as to why I have not been around as much or posting as much content as usual. Back in mid-July, my stepfather went into the hospital following a car accident a few months earlier with major physical impairments. It also turns out he has major dementia and the reinjury of his hip basically sent him in a downward spiral. My parents live about 90 minutes from me and my family so I've been driving back and forth when I can to help my mother in her late-70s deal with everything and taking her to hospitals and so forth. My stepfather has been placed in hospice care in the nursing home and it is now a ticking clock so I'm sort of on a clock waiting to see what happens now with him while trying to help my mom and also be present for my wife and kids on top of running this site and my other job responsibilities.
I thank everyone for a little patience right now and I apologize if I happen to miss something or it takes me a minute to get up a commit story or whatever but that is what is going on in the background.
