Per a source the USF staff really likes Miguel but, he and his brother Rifen Miguel want to play together in college, and the Bulls are not recruiting Rifen. That is not something I expect to change. I also don't expect schools like Kansas State or Texas A&M to take Rifen in order to get Selton. My gut tells me that Western Kentucky will likely be Selton's landing spot.
