ECU transfer Brandon Suggs texted me that he's visiting USF this weekend (April 22-24). Suggs has two seasons of eligibility remaining.
The 6-foot-6, 185 pounder just visited UCF. Part of their recruiting pitch to him is that he would be playing in the Big XII in his final year of eligibility and that is a great platform to show showcase his talents.
I asked him if he had a timetable for making a decision and he said "Sunday or Monday." So, the Bulls get his last visit.
I also told him that I really like how he plays. That ECU was a different team when he were able to play. They didn't even run plays for him to score & he still averaged 10 pts a game.
His response?
"I'm glad u noticed 😂 final [sic] going too a school where i can showcase my self."
Suggs averaged 10.1 points -- on 41.1 percent shooting 4.1 rebounds and 2.6 assists per game.
ECU was 0-5 in the five games that Suggs did not play.
