Ja'Queze Kirby has been on the Bulls radar since Larry Dixon was hired last year. The staff called him on the first day they were allowed to, June 15, 2018, but had to leave a message because he was at a camp and missed the call.

I'm kicking myself now because last night I texted with several class of 2020 USF targets but Kirby was not one of them. I will hit him up today.
