New Mexico Junior College guard Ryan Murphy starts his official visit to USF tomorrow (8/24). Murphy said that he thinks his plane lands around 4 p.m. in Tampa.
Murphy played for Charlotte last season but, after a coaching change, he decided to transfer from the program.

Texas Tech may be USF's biggest competition for Murphy. His New Mexico JC head coach is former Red Raider point guard Luke Adams, who happens to be the son of current Texas Tech assistant coach Mark Adams.
Also visiting this weekend is 2019 forward Jalyn McCreary.
In our profile of McCreary two weeks ago I indicated that the visit was set for August 25, but his mother just text me that "We'll be there tomorrow (Friday)."
