Brian Gregory and Tom Herrion are at the University of Virginia today and tomorrow morning for the annual NBPA Top 100 Camp to watch:

This is the first time that the NCAA has allowed college coaches the opportunity to attend this camp to be seen by and evaluate players. However in true NCAA fashion (read dumb) they're only allowing the coaches to be there between 2 p.m. today and 2 p.m. tomorrow.
According to a source the USF coaches will probably land in Tampa around 10:30 a.m. tomorrow so they can attend the USF Team Camp.
I believe that in the years that I have been covering USF recruiting that this is the first time a USF target has been invited to the camp. Campers have had USF offers in the past but they were guys the Bulls were not going to get like Grayson Allen for example.
