Was there enough (any?) improvement over the last few games to keep him in place?

I think next year's team has too much potential to risk having him in place as DC. We have the possibility to go 12-0 next year, with the schedule we have. Since we should start at or very near the top 25, that means in some very interesting national converstaions by year's end.
He has to be "reassigned", or a "co-DC" brought in to take over. Too much at stake.
