Just got off the phone with five-star combo guard Jaquan Lyle, the No. 24 ranked player in the 2015 class. Lyle was at the game last night and said that USF has made him a priority. He's known Orlando Antigua for a while because he recruited him while at Kentucky.

Lyle, originally a member of the 2014 class, committed to Louisville in June 2013, then reopened his recruitment in mid September 2013. He later committed and signed with Oregon but a shortly before fall semester classes began at Oregon the NCAA Eligibility Center ruled him ineligible, so Lyle enrolled at IMG Academy.

There was talk that since he really only needed one class credit, he could be at Oregon in December after the fall semester ended, but he chose to reclassify to 2015 instead.

Although he said that he is wide open, during our conversation I sensed that Oregon, LSU and Missouri are the leaders for now. But due to Antigua being the Bulls HC, Lyle said he is also interested in USF.
