So they lost Viktor Beach tonight. Earlier this week lost QB commit Marvin Washington

DT Antwan Owens is probably going to GaTech, S Tariq Carpenter is going to either Miami or GT, lost QB commit

Lost DE Chris Whittaker and OL Sebastien Dolcine to UK. Lost DeMarco Artis to FSU.

That's just off the top of my head since December, no coaching changes by the way that would account for all of that.
