The Bulls seem to be stuck on 64. I guess with no 3 point shooters that's what you get. Our Bigs are shooting a very good percentage, they just aren't getting enough chances to shoot.

The Bulls shot 43.5% from the field. McMurray, Nunez and Morillo were 11/34 for 32.4% from the field. They were 3/17 from behind the arc for 17.6%.

The Bulls got slayed from the line. They went 7/10 to UCF's 20/25. AJ Davis was 10/10 from the line himself. The Bulls got outscored at the line by 13 points and they only lost by 11. Everything else was a wash. Rebounds, Blocks, steals and even turn overs. If we could somehow get the ball inside to our bigs, we could get to the line more. But we got some guys that would rather jack up a 3 (often real prematurely too) than try to get the ball inside. Guerrero, Perry and Cousins are pretty good foul shooters too. A lot of their foul shots came late in the game when we'd go down and jack up a 3, they'd get the rebound and we'd foul to get the ball back. The only problem is they have 4 guys that shoot 80% from the line.

The job COA and his coaches have done with Cousins is fantastic. I heard he is an NBA 2nd round pick. I also noticed that Zeigler had 4 assists. Point Forward in the making ?

I hope we can return the favor when the Gnats come to the SUN Dome.

The game was closer than the final score indicated. The forced 3s nailed the coffin shut on us. This team needs to move the ball around more and better. I saw some encouraging things, but some bad things too.

GO BULLS !!!!!
