SMU lost at UCF Wednesday night.
I listened to SMU head coach Tim Jankovich's post game radio interview and he said their flight back to Dallas is delayed because the plane had not arrived in Orlando yet due to weather.
I found it really interesting that they are flying from Florida back to Dallas late Wednesday night so that they can practice on Thursday (and yes so the kids can attend class) only to board a plane Friday morning and come back to Florida.
I fully expected them to stay in Orlando overnight, have breakfast in the morning followed by a study hall in a hotel ballroom. Then bus to Tampa, lunch, check into a hotel and practice at a Bay Area HS on Thursday. Practice in Yuengling Center Friday night and shoot around in YC early Saturday morning.
They could have some tired legs in the second half on Saturday night.
