2025 Rivals 100 WR Hardley Gilmore (Pahokee HS) is actually really high on USF. Golesh recruited him at Tenn and he is very close friends with new WR commit Brandon Winton (Alcoa, TN) and ATH target Devin Henderson (Cass HS). Winton is recruiting both Gilmore and Henderson to USF.
2024 DT target Javon Williams (Pinellas Park) has heard a good bit from DL coach Kevin Patrick. He was up for the JR Day back in January and had a good time. UCF is involved with him as well.
2024 LB- Char'Quez Lee (Palmetto HS) Missouri, Illinois and USF are his three main schools right now. DC Todd Orlando is running the point on his recruitment and he likes how Lee plays in space. He is very impressed with the new USF staff.
2024 CB- Matthew McKenzie (Benjamin School) visited USF last week. Coach Birkett is on him and he liked the vibe from the new staff. USF, FAU and FIU are getting visits right now and then he is working on out of state visits.
2024 OL Elijah Walker (Spruce Creek HS) was very impressive in the camp. Golesh started recruiting him as an 8th grader and he visited him at Tenn so he has a strong bond there. He is talking to his parents about another trip to USF.
4-star LB Rodney Hill (Flagler HS) would be a USF commit if Ernie Sims Jr. was still on staff. He is very tight with Sims so UCF is leading for him right now. UF is involved and FSU will get a visit soon that could push UCF back. He wants to meet the new USF staff.
2024 ATH Alvon Isaac (The Villages) is being recruited as both a slot and RB type. Apparently, they like the versatile slot/RB type guys that USF often has in bunches. He is trying to get a visit to USF soon, but he is very high on the new staff and what coach Golesh has planned for the offense, and how they would use him in the scheme..
2024 safety Chase Green (Largo HS) got reoffered by James Rowe during his visit in Jan. He is taking an OV to Illinois. USF, Liberty and Arkansas State are also in the mix along with Tulane that just offered. He said momma wants him close to him.
2024 CB Quentin Taylor (Lake Minneola HS) hasn't heard a ton from the new staff, but they want to get him up on campus again soon. Golesh came to his school to visit.
2024 DE Dinellson Exume (Edison- Miami, FL) and Chenellson Exume (Edison- Miami, FL) are both getting recruited by USF, the pitch is them playing together. Dinellson is a little weary of this plan at the moment, so it will be interesting to see if the package thing sticks or not.
2024 OL Joshua Raymond (Lake Mary HS) who I did an update on the other day spoke more about Coach Hoodie and USF, he really likes the Bulls.
