Today is the first day MBB Coaches may contact members of the 2023 class.
USF contacted Carl Cherenfant of Calvary Christian Academy (Fort Lauderdale) and offered him.
Cherenfant is an athletic wing with length & strength. His offensive skills have improved including the ability to make open jumpers. He is tough to keep out of the paint, has the tools to be a very good defender and has a decent feel for the game.
When we update/expand our class of 2023 rankings I anticipate Cherenfant to receive have four stars.
Just a sophomore he has been playing up in age on the adidas Team Florida 17U team. Cherenfant has had a very productive spring travel team season with them.
