He was supposed to be at juco this coming season, but declared for draft.
The rules state (Randolph morris rule) that if he didn't sign with agent he can return to college and play ball for juco but would have to sit for 14 games.
Did he sign with agent, and can he still will wind up at USF?

I believe he was also the agent for LA tech st pete local Kenneth Speedy Smith, Mike Whites top player at LA Tech .
Really bad decision for montero if he can't come back to college to play, he had 3 years left and even with the investigation into receiving benefits for playing a couple of unsanctioned games in dominican republic you go to think he actually would have graduated from a juco in his 3rd year of college,lol
