It's not, but I sure do enjoy National Signing Day. It is always a personal holiday for me. What are your plans for signing day Rivals peeps? My plans: Since faxes begin rolling in at 7 am eastern time, I will be getting up a little earlier than usual here in the central time zone. I'll have the bigger screened home computer locked into the GoUSFBulls web site so I can view the videos better. My lap top will be logged into this site so I can read all your reactions and comments about the happenings. Probably around 8 Central time I will fix some breakfast and think about the newest Bulls (and fret about any that have not yet sent in their LOIs). Later I will re-watch all of the videos and interviews with the coaches.
At 6 pm I will head over to Hancock Stadium for a Signing Day party for ISU. It is not as important as USF signees, but I go to most ISU home games and I have served on the Athletics Council the past six years (that's how I got to know Coach Kingston) so I know all of the administrators and the Head Coach. Coach Spack is a friend since he attends our church and I have helped with the recruiting process the past four years.
It should be a really great day and evening. Are you doing any of the USF events? I sure wish I could... All holidays should be this fun.
