Having a post man like Nova's who can pass the ball well; knows when to take it to the basket and when to send it back outside. A big guy that plays within his abilities and helps out his guards by moving towards the guards when they pick up their dribble so they can pass it to a huge target and then he quickly hands it back to them so they can reset the play. Man I am so impressed by that guy. That's a really athletic and smart dude. Winner.
