A player, who is a JuCo All-American candidate, told me that the Bulls have offered him. I am not reporting his name yet because I'm trying to confirm what he told me.
A) If USF is even recruiting him
B) If USF has really offered him
The player, who has Bay Area ties, is getting attention from some P5 conference schools but most of his offers are from mid-major programs.
