Memphis transfer guard Tyler Harris might come in for a visit at USF sometime this week. Harris played his first two college seasons at Memphis, transferred to Iowa State and transferred back to Memphis for the 2021-22 season as a walk-on.
Harris finished sixth in scoring (8.8 ppg) for Memphis last season, but he led the Tigers in scoring eight times – more than any other player on the team last season. Harris also led the team in three-point field goal percentage (39.3 percent), among players with more than 30 attempts, and led the team with an 89.5 percent free throw accuracy. He ended his time at Memphis ranked No. 5 all-time in made three-pointers (192).
My source said that no visit is scheduled yet but there is mutual interest and the Bulls are trying to get Harris on campus.
