Thank god for spring. Fall was pretty atrocious as we all know but fortunately for us, we are able to enjoy spring sports for those of us who watch or pay attention. Softball is currently on a 13 game win streak and has won 14 out of their last 15 games. Baseball is also on their own streak of 4 wins. As I posted in another thread, men's soccer just signed the number 3 recruiting class. Also men's golf is currently ranked 8th in the nation (I've been meaning to write a rather lengthy post on them. I've been procrastinating). Then you can turn your attention to our men's tennis and while the team as a whole is no longer ranked in the top 25 like we were a couple of months ago, our singles and doubles are doing damn well. Roberto Cid is currently ranked 21st and the doubles of Roberto Cid and Sasha Gozun are ranked 15th.
LOTS of great things going on right now and I'm absorbing it all and having a great time. Oh, and how can you forget women's basketball? They are playing amazingly and set the program record for amount of wins in a regular season and are sure to go to the NCAA tournament. It's great to be a BULL!!
