With all 3 settling their lawsuits Nad agreeing on revised revenue sharing and exit fees it looks like 2029-30 is when we will.see the last big round of conference expansion as TV deals start to come up.
Whatever USF is going to do they have 3-4 years to do it and recency bias is a real thing. Best case scenario IMO is the ACC losing a few teams to the P2, the Big 12 picking off a few more with USF, Memphis and Tulane landing in a watered down ACC with their leftovers.
