J.C. Jackson apparently was on campus to some capacity and visited the Bulls. Maybe to see about an opportunity to play in Tampa, and to look at his options at USF. Jackson, was a former four star UF cornerback who just this past May was released from the Gators team.
Evidently he was at the Temple game a few weeks ago. He has had numerous run-ins with the law since playing in Gainesville.
