USF has a punchers chance at landing Shavar Manuel from IMG. Supposedly he wants to make a decision sooner than later and he is extremely tight with some of the current players. Manuel also isn't in great academic shape so that may scare off some of the players and is why LSU has come on so hard lately. Just file that away.
