I'm not ready to make a prediction but based on some text messages I've received this morning signs are pointing towards Troy Baxter shutting down his recruitment and becoming a Bull.
The way things stand USF may only have two scholarships available in the 2016 class.
Also things are also looking good for USF with DeAndre Burnett.
