Check out that short thread title. Since the news is already out there, I decided to post it here. Current LB Cecil Cherry is thinking about transferring out of UT and is considering moving closer to home which could put USF on the list. Word is he is considering USF right now. Let the bus full of highly rated transfers continue to roll!! Hopefully he goes through with it. As of right now, he's still on the roster for UT.
