This guy knows football and the Bulls teams over the years. He knows every top recruit in the Tampa Bay Area very well. He took in USF practice this past Monday.

USF Observations
Bulls Need a QB and an additional RB offensively and a weak side pass rusher
I came away with the impression (conversations with staff members) that the plans ARE REAL for an on-campus stadium
Had a chance to visit USF spring practice yesterday: Excellent!
Freaking well run practice. Lots of energy, lots of coaching. I even learned a few things on the run I would use.
QB - Still the weakest position
RB - Couldn't really tell. There was Marlon Mack, then everyone else
WR - Need a Game Changer. Looks like production by committee right now. Need a big possession 6-4/6-5 guy.
OL - Solid. Slight concern at the tackles. Interior 3 are pretty good.
TE - Good Blockers on the edge. Undetermined receiving skills
DT - Could be the strength of the team. 3-4 dudes that will get a push
DE - No true Stud on the edge. They will need to get creative with blitz packages
LB - Fast and few really long dudes that will shrink those passing windows
DB - Not a lot of depth. Starting 4 are solid. The next two CBs are serviceable.
Word is they have some dudes coming in that will be impact guys. Left practice kinda excited about the Bulls this year especially if the QBs have a solid year.
