From Eric Bossi. Whole story here
It's tough to consider anybody ranked in the 2016 Rivals150 a true sleeper, but perhaps USF commitment Troy Baxter is just that. A 6-foot-8 pogo stick of an athlete, Baxter's game has come together in a big way at camp. He has shot the ball from deep, played above the rim on the break and made an impact on the glass. He needs some strength and some more work on his ball handling, but after averaging just under 16 points and eight rebounds per game during his run in Charlotte, Baxter is looking like an absolute steal for Orlando Antigua and the Bulls.
