Anybody else notice that Harlan has really stepped up the talk about an On Campus Stadium and then it was mentioned that USFs lease for Raymond James expires at the end of the 2016 season. From what has been said from a few Iron Bulls, there is more chatter from the University then ever before. I am nearly fearful to get my hopes up.
