Seems like a good hire. The team has responded to him and he's made his whole career in the Carolinas (with a year at Kennesaw), so he should be pretty plugged into the recruiting scene there. It's a fanbase with unrealistic expectations however. Skippy was the last HC who left willingly from ECU, and the two guys before him were fired too. Not sure it's a great job for someone who wants to move up the ranks, so this guy might be the best they can do.
