I pinned a long term version of this up top that I will keep updated

Keep in mind AJ Legree may get another year and Chauncey Smart may commit and sign soon so that will shift the number for 2018 to 24 if both happen, also I expect probably half the incoming class to play in the fall so they will move up a year.

A team can have no more than 85 players on scholarship.
- A team cannot sign more than 25 players to a scholarship during a class year. Teams can count early enrollee's to the prior year's class if they did not hit the 25 number the year prior.

CURRENT STATUS
South Florida has 79 players schedule to be on scholarship for next year from the 2017-18 roster. USF has 18 seniors to be out of eligibility after the season. This means they can take up to 24 players in the Class of 2018 without going over the 85 scholarship limit. This does not account for future attrition that will take place due to early graduation, NFL, transfers, etc.
