HOOPS RECRUITING USF Offers Kissimmee Sharp Shooter

According to reports USF has offered Central Pointe Christian Academy wing Victor Rosa yesterday. Rosa also holds offers from Arizona State, Wake Forest, FGCU and Austin Peay.
