USF assistant coach Louis Rowe is at Northside Christian (St. Petersburg) for the Sun Bash event.
He's currently watching Fort
Myers Southwest Florida Christian vs. Tampa Alonso. Cole Gingeleski, a class of 2023 6-foot-11 center is who Rowe is monitoring.
Later today I expect Rowe to watch Jacksonville Bishop Snyder vs. Orlando Olympia. Edgerrin "Jizzle" James is a 6-foot scoring lead guard for Olympia. He has been playing well of late and attracting attention from high major programs.
Another game Rowe will likely peep is St. Petersburg HS vs. Winter Haven HS. This game features a couple of 2023 kids with USF offers: Tristan Gross (SPHS) and Dylan James (WHHS).
Also, playing today is St. Petersburg Northside Christian vs. Tampa Berkeley Prep (2023 PG George Kimble has a USF offer).
I planned to attend this event when I was told that it was at Clearwater Calvary Christian HS but when I learned it was actually at the smaller Northside Christian I passed given the rise in Covid cases.
