USF had 5 players in double figures for the first time since 2013. The Bulls out rebounded Jax 45-21. The Bulls shot their best all year from the floor at over 50%, but 65% from behind the arc. Jamal McMurray lead all scorers with 22, followed by Perry 16, Morillo 15, Cousins 13 and Nunez 13.

I know the quality of opponent had something to do with it, but for this team it still has to be a confidence builder. I think also that the smaller rotation may have been an advantage for a change. McMurray kind of took the Bull by the horns.

You know JU was badly overmatched when USF turned the ball over 21 times to JU's 9 and the Bulls still won by 13. Hot shooting except for the free throws (65%) and strong rebounding won the game.

Saturday night UAB comes to town and then Seton Hall on Tuesday night kind of ramp things back up before the conference schedule starts on Dec 30th vs Houston.

JU represents the last easy game on the Bulls schedule. It will be interesting to see how they fare from this point forward.

GO BULLS !!!!!
