How do you increase fan engagement?
Be it scheduling, the draw of outside tailgating or lack of interest, UCF has long struggled to consistently sell out Bright House Networks Stadium even when the team has been at its best in the past two years. The school took a million dollar hit in season ticket sales in 2015 coming on the heels of winning two American Athletic Conference titles. Nothing inspires more apathy than a winless season, especially when it's the second one since 2000. The next head coach must bring an infectious energy that translates to more fans in the seats if for nothing more than the optics during nationally televised games.
