by now I am sure everyone is aware of this story. Frankly I think it is appalling in this day an age of technological opportunity that a kid can't profit from their own likeness and opportunity.
I know what the article says that it opens it up for recruits at the big schools getting $10k for a selfie...but news flash that is already happening just underneath the table, why not bring it all to light. We all know the SEC schools have more then their pick because they find ways to stipend...so bring it to light. Show it all so we all know what the inequities really are and if Auburn and Alabama -alum are dumb enough to pay $10k for a selfie...well that tells me what I already know about Alabama...and frankly if you're a kid that someone is willing to pay that kind of money for a selfie then you deserve it plain and simple. The inequities are there whether the world and the NCAA like to paste over it or not.
