Each game from here forward is new territory for the Bulls. The Bulls have never been in a front runner position like they are presently, except 2007 when they achieved a #2 ranking only to fall apart in consecutive games and fall out of the rankings.

The loss of Tice and Atterbury was tough. So it's next man up at 2 key positions. At this time there is only one game on the Bulls schedule and it is ECU. I don't get into the prediction business, because it puts too much pressure on the team. I know we have to play our best game each week to win and each team we face has a target on our back. Beating USF gives any opponent we face a large boost, so we have to play smart, play tough and avoid injuries. There is always the element of luck as well.

Regardless of the outcome of games the rest of the way, in my mind this is the best USF team I have seen in 20 years. These young men are amazingly focused and each week has been a business trip so far although I will say they were a little star struck in the first half of the FSU game. The way these BAY MADE guys are playing, they are destined for the best record in school history. I just hope a conference championship and a bowl win are in the cards.

GO BULLS !!!!!
