Temple has approved the building of a 35K seat OCS. What I found interesting is that their deal is similar to ours where we get basically no parking and only a small amount of the sales within the stadium... during the press conference it was mentioned that Temple expects to make $5 million a year off the building of this stadium.
Looking at UCFs numbers over the years, their little 42K seat stadium has been making them similar money.... so the real question is, what the hell is our administration doing?
