Is anyone questioning the progress week to week, and even last year compared to this year for Byron Brown. No question he is talented. Yes, he can run. Is there is someone better in the wings (Israel Carter)? Will he get a chance as a true freshman? I, for one, think the next two weeks will be very important for him to establish who he is as a quarterback. We need the best option to lead us now. We can’t wait a year or two. I’d be happy if it was Brown but I am beginning to think I might be putting too much blame on the receivers (I know that should be a heavy recruitment priority). Any thoughts?
