Arguing the merits of Billy Atterbury at OT rather than OG, I wonder if we can talk about Michael Galati. I see that TJ Weist "signed" Galati as one of his two allowed free agents for the spring game. It is kinda cool that our projected starting center is so important and talented that he is one of four "free agents" signed up for the spring game. It's kind of scary that he is one of the four, too. It really highlights the depth issue at center. Obviously Weist is thinking, "I don't want any bad snaps." Thus the Galati pick, which I guess means he's not so sure about the back up (who is a walk-on I believe). If Galati goes down, I assume they would move Ruff to center and either move Atterbury inside and insert Bethel at OT or stick Hall at guard replacing Ruff. Two or more injuries and things drop off quickly (d@mn you Houston and Alex Fontana). Keep your fingers and toes crossed for no OL injuries boys.
