The ARS Rescue Rooter National Hoopfest comes to Tampa this Friday and Saturday. The event will be held at Berkeley Prep and my preview of the event is on the homepage. It's a chance for Bay Area hoops fans to see some elite basketball talent from in and outside the state of Florida
