Sent a tweet to a UT mod to ask who he was. Gabe from TFB had no idea who he was either. But then, RS FR TE Peyton Aucoin replied and said that Burke was one of the best coaches that he'd ever had. So, hopefully, USF got a steal of a deal on this one.
