If my tired eyes are working right… USF has been outscored 111-82 in the 1st quarter. Only BC and Tulsa failed to score in the first quarter. Six teams have scored at least 14 points on us in the 1st quarter. I may be wrong but to me that suggests that the Defense comes into most games unprepared. I believe the DC position should be looked at very hard. Last year wasn’t great either. On the bright side, still very proud of the Bulls and feel fortunate that we were able to squeak out a bowl. After losing our starting QB early in the season, a lesser team with a lesser coach could easily have fallen apart and digressed.
