Is there a good reason USF hasn't offered 2016 6'4 PG Trent Forrest?

Dude is in Florida chipley, he's killing it and I believe was on showtime ballers, Dame AAU from lakeland that Corey Sanders and Dwayne Bacon are from.

This is the kind of Big Time producer USF needs to land, and they must have seen being allow over Sanders and bacon?
