HOOPS Incoming AAC Schools Check In

While Houston and Cincinnati will be big losses to the AAC, here is a quick check in on the 6 incoming schools that should arrive in time for the 2023-24 season. From a basketball perspective, the American will likely take on the look of the Sun Belt Conference from the 80's, which is ironic since 5 of its members spent time in the Sun Belt.

It was almost 10 years ago that USF made the NCAAT as 1 of 9 Big East schools and now finds itself at the bottom of a D1 wasteland league that will likely be a single bid league most years.
