So most of us soured on Gilbert a long time ago. Today was the first day that I really turned on BJM. I thought he did a good job last year but this year he has been completely helpless when faced with a running QB. Obviously part of it is personnel, but when you are consistently getting gashed and you know what's coming, at some point it becomes a schematic problem. Beyond that, the turnover well appears to have run dry.
