USF will play in a tournament in the Hall of Fame Tourney in CT.
The Bulls are also slated to play LSU in Atlanta in December. The full non-conference schedule has yet to be announced.
Other than Louisville, I'm not aware of any school that has announced plans for fan attendance, although there are some rumors that schools in more "open" states can perhaps budget for up to 15-20 percent socially-distanced capacity.
Indoor events will probably be treated differently than outdoor football games. Not sure what USF will do.
If USF opens up games to fan attendance, if you were the type that would have attended games in the pre-COVID world, are you still interested?
